Gwent YFC is part of one of the largest youth organisations in the UK
There are 48 counties within the UK and 12 of those are in Wales. Gwent YFC are affiliated with Wales YFC & National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs .
There are 6 clubs within Gwent, which include 260 plus members. We provide all our members with the opportunity to develop new skills, meet new friends, take part in competitions and enjoy a very active social life.
Our clubs usually meet once a week and everything is organised and run by the YFC members themselves. Our clubs try to offer something that other youth organisations don’t offer.

Who can join?
You don’t have to be a farmer to be a young farmer, everyone is welcome. If you have an interest in animals, countryside, theatre or if you would just like to meet people in your local area, then YFC is the place for you. If you are between 10 and 26 why not join one of the 6 clubs in Gwent YFC?
Gwent YFC is an active county with all clubs participating in many activities. It’s a great way to socialise and learn new skills in a fun and safe environment. You will be surrounded by like minded people who all support each other to ensure that you are not only successful as a Young Farmers Club, but as individuals alike.
